NO MORE TEKKA MALL TRIPS (UNTIL ORIENTATION PLANNING BECOMES GOES INTO HIGH GEAR.....WHICH STARTS TMR)
NO MORE PUBLICITY BROCHURES
NO MORE TICKETING BOOTH DUTIES
NO MORE WORRYING ABOUT TICKET SALES
NO MORE FRETTING AND WORRYING ABOUT PRINTING
OR BUDGETING

OMG I'M SO SO HAPPY.
RIGHT AFTER GRAD NIGHT ENDED WE WENT UP TO MR LOW CM TO APOLOGISE ABOUT HIS ER, MISHAP ON STAGE (HE FELL OFF IT. THERE WAS A GAP B/W THE CURTAIN AND THE MAKESHIFT STAGE) AND HE WAS VERY VERY GRACIOUS ABOUT IT!!!! ANYWAY WE WERE EXPECTING A HUUGE SCOLDING FOR NOT TAKING MOR EPRECAUTIONS OR SMTH BUT MS CHUA TURNED AROUND SMILED AT US AND SAID "GOOD JOB! VERY GOOD JOB!"
MOLLY DF AND I STOOD THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BALLROOM, THE MILLING CROWD AROUND US CHURNING AND SNAPPING PHOTOS AND WE SCREAMED LIKE MAD IDIOTS BECAUSE WE WERE SO HAPPY!
AND LATER MR TEO (MR TEO!!!!!) :

DF AND ME: REALLY?
MR TEO: YEAH! VERY WELL ORGANISED! AND IT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE GRAD NIGHT TO ME - IT FELT LIKE A FAMILY REUNION. IT WAS VERY WARM. YEAH GOOD JOB. AND I DON'T GIVE COMPLIMENTS VERY OFTEN.
AND THE BEST PART IS, YOU GUYS DIDN'T GO OVERBUDGET.
I'M SO SO SO MADLY HAPPY!!!!!!
k anyway back to normal writing (we really were THAT elated; molly and i even came up with a 'we did it' dance) -
the programme booklets were superb (only a bit tiny, but thank god for kara's printer contact)
the goodie bags were brilliant - so many vouchers and M.A.C and Loreal products for girls and guys respectively ($13000 for the M.A.C alone!!!)
the special deals we got on the hotel room and the half price M.A.C makeovers
the cool cool file we made as a gift!!
the awesomely pretty deco!!!!!!!! kara and i were worried it was a bit sparse but oh it was so pretty and people came up to us and told us so!!)
WE HIT OUR TICKET QUOTA!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks to tracy for doing the responsibility of carrying so much $ around)
the performances were superrrrrrrrrrrb
the guestbook was awesomely pretty (haha molly says this is the first time she's heard me say anything positive about my own work)

haha yes we got a complimentary hotel room stay. so once cleanup finished at 1+ we went in to our room, mooched about for a bit, then molly jaslin df yuhung and i decided to go for dinner. or supper. whatever your pick.
god my feet hurt from 9+ hours in heels and running in and out and around the ballroom for ushering duty.
haha being out on the streets at 2+ is surreal in a nice way. or maybe it was surreal because we still had out formal wear on and make up on our faces. and that we couldn't believe we pulled off the whole event!!! teachers and students and everybody aplenty told df we did an epic job and it was the bestest feeling in the world (if we weren't so bloody tired)
k anyway after we woke up at 8 we got doughnuts for breakfast and went back to school with all the equipment and stuff ("damn shiok having a 40 seater bus to 10 people especially when it's not coming out of your fund") AND THEN I WENT FOR WALK-IN PRACTICE.
guhh i'm no good at dancing ): ): ): i'm really really exhausted and i'm supp to meet tsi yin yi fen and des at city hall tmr for brunch and then to school for exco meeting............
and i was supposed to finish half of my homework yesterday. thank god mr teo decided to let us off)
